Funeral of Negress who Lived 109 Years.

Rome, Ga., January 18-
Mary Griffin, colored, over 109 years of age, was buried Saturday.  She was 
born in Jasper county, Georgia, on August 15, 1805.  She is survived by two 
daughters, one of them being 82 and the other one 90 years old.  Eight great-
grandsons were the pallbearers.
