   Raymond Harrison Spraggins, Last rites were conducted at 11 a.m. today in 
the chapel of Jennings Funeral Home for Raymond Harrison Spraggins, 59, who 
died Monday.
   The Rev. Z. B. Cox and the Rev. W. G. Irwin officiated with interment 
following in East View Cemetery.
   Mr. Spraggins was a native of Rome and prior to ill health was a plastering
