Vick T. W. Vick, 65, Calhoun Rd. Adairsville, died Saturday morning at the residence following a sudden attack. Mr. Vick was born near Adairsville June 1, 1909, son of the late William I. and Anne Hall Vick and had resided in Floyd County most of his life. Prior to retirement in 1972, he was sales manager of the North Georgia Distributing Co. Mr. Vick was a member of Rush Chapel United Methodist Church, Anniston Lodge No. 443 F & AM, and the Zamor Shrine Temple, Birmingham. Survivors include his widow, the former Dorothy Hunt, to whom he was married May 4, 1942; one half sister, Mrs. Lula Hamilton of Shannon; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis White officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. The body will lie in state at the funeral home and the family will be at the residence on the Calhoun Rd. Pallbearers will be M. W. (Cap) Hicks, Judge Robert L. (Bob) Scoggin, Lew Sewell, Tom McEver, Jack Dickey, Thad Rush, Roy Powell and Floyd Fortenberry. (Note: Died Feb. 8)
