Will of C. A. Bryant:

I, C. A. Bryant, being of sound mind and disposing
memory, do make declare and publish this as my last will
and testament. 

Item 1

I desire that I be given a Christian burial in keeping
with my station in life.

Item 2

I desire that my just debts be paid as soon as possible
after my death.

Item 3

I will, devise and bequeath to my wife, Sallie C. Bryant,
all my property, both real and personal, for the
remainder of her natural life, and upon the death of my
said wife and the termination of the life estate, then I
will, devise and bequeath to C. D. Bryant, Carrie Atkins,
C. A. Bryant, all of whom are my children, and Mrs C. R.
Bryant, who is my daughter in law, the remainder interest
of all my said property.

Item 4

I name, nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Sallie
C. Bryant as executer of this, my last will and
testament, and relieve her from the duty of giving bond
or making annual returns, and upon the death of my said
wife, I nominate, constitute and appoint___________ as
executor to distribute or divide the remainder of my said
estate as herinabove provided. In witness whereof, I have
hereunto set my hand and seal, this 22nd day of October,
1941, and by doing so, declared and published this
instrument as my last will and testament. C. A. Bryant
