Austin James G. Austin J. A. H. Brownlow securities of said County are held and firmly bound unto their honors the justices of the Inferior court of said county for the time being and their Successors in office in the just and full sum of five hundred dollars of good Lawful money of said State for the true payment of which we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this day of Feby 1856. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said John G. Austin has been duly elected constable in the 885 Dist. G. M. in said county. Now should the said James A. H. Brownlow well and truly faithfully perform and discharge all and singular the duties of his said office during the time he may continue therein as required by law then this obligation to be null and void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
