Tho. Willingham           Georgia. Forsyth County
    to                    This indenture made the 13th day
B. Heath                  of August in the year of our lord
                          one thousand eight hundred and
                          fifty three between Thomas Willingham
of the state of Georgia and county of Forsyth of the 
one part and Benjamin Heath of the state afors
-aid and county of (believe to be Cass) of the other part, withinsuch
that the said Thomas Willingham for and in consid
-eration after the sum of eighty dollars to him in hand 
paid as and before the sealing and delivering of these
presents. The receipt whereof is herinby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained sold and conveyed
and doth by these presents, grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Benjamin Heath his heirs
and assigned - all all that tract or parcel of land situated
lying and (being ?) in the fourteenth district of the 
first section - known and distinguished in said place
by number twenty six (26) containing forty acres
more or less, to have and to hold said tract
or parcel of land unto him. the said Benjamin Heath
his heirs and aspires togeather with all and singular
the rights ( illegiable and illegiable ) therof to the same
in any manner belonging to his and their own people
use benifit and ( Illegiable ) forever in fee (Illegiable ) 
The said Thomas Willingham for himself his heirs exeuctors
and administrators the said bargained 
premesis unto the said Benjamin Heath his heirs
and assignes will warrant and forever the 
right and title therefore against (Illegiable )and 
against (Illegiable) claims of all other persons whatsoever
In witness whereof the said Thomas Willingham hath
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year
above mentioned
