The above Plat is a representative of that Tract or Lot of Land drawn by Thomas 
Baber of Hampton's District, Newton County, situated in the Fourteenth District 
of the First Section in Cherokee County, containing Forty Acres, which is known 
and distinguished in the plan of said District by the number 1317.
