Kennemore. I W.H. Kennemore of said state and county being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me. Item 1 I wish my executer as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts. If a sale of property shall be necessary I wish him to select for sale that which can be most advantageusly used for that purpose, and I authorize him to sell the same at public or private sale as he may see fit. Item 2 I give to my beloved wife Obedience the following property during her natural life or widow hood to wit: all of my real estate consisting of fractions of lots 1197 1214 in the 14th 1st containing ten acres more or less Item 3 I also give and bequeath all my personal property to my beloved wife Obedience Kennemore Item 4 I desire after her death that all property both real and personal shall belong to my youngest son, Tyson Kennemore. Item 5 I do hereby appoint my son A.C. Kennemore executor of this my will. In testimony whereof I have here to set my hand This 13 day of Jan. 1916 W.H. Kennemore Signed and published by W.H. Kennemore as his last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned. who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at this instance and request of said testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other.
