                        Cynthia E Stephenson Letters

Georgia of          I    By the ordinary of said county
Franklin County     I   James G Stephenson late of said 
                    I   county in whitch he resided having
latley departed his life Whitch he died resident having latley
departed his life interstate posesed of a Large Estate real
and personal and Cynthia E Stephenson of said county having
at  regular term of said trust been vested with the adminastration
on the estate of said James G Stephenson on condition of her giving
bond and security acending to the descretion of the said trust
and taking the usel oath of office and said Cynthia E Stephenson
having fully complyed with the descretion of the court this is to
show that said Cynthia E Stephenson is fully enpowered  and required
to do and preform all the duties of Adminastration of said
James G Stephenson to adminastrate according to the laws all the 
estate of James G Stephenson, to ask demand and recover all said
james G Stephenson claims to pay all his obligation so far as his
estate will extend and the residue pay out to the lawfull heirs
of James G Stephenson, to make all proper returns inventory
apprasements and whatever other duties of said adminastrator the law
devolves upon her,

In Witness Where of We have hereto set our hands and seal
of Office this Seventh Day of September 1863 (seal)
