Official Oath Of Office 

State of Georgia 

I F.C. Stephenson of Hart County do swear that I will well fathfullyty 
discharge the duties of Ordinary for the county of Hart; during my continuance 
in office according to the Law to the best of my knoledge and ablity without 
favor or affection to any party. And that I will only recieve my legal fees: so 
Help me God. I do futher swear that as school commissioner . I will fathfully 
discharge all the duties inmposed upon me as such, and that I will fathfully 
apply and account for all monies comming  to my hands in said capacity: So help 
me God. I do further swear that I am not the holder of any Public Money due 
this state unaccounted for: That I am not the holder of any office or trust 
under the goverment under the government of the Unither States 
(exceptPostmaster)nor eather of the Several States, nor of any foreighn State: 
and that I am authorized  qulified to hold the said office according to the 
constution and laws of Georgia, Ant that I will support the Constution of the 
United States and of this State: So Help Me God 

Swarn to and Subcribed befor me
