To a pine corner thence S 50 W 53 60 links to a Black gum S 40 E to a white oak station thence a Straight line to the mouth of a Branch on Nails Creek dividing Branch thence up the meanders of Said Branch to the Said beginning Ash corner it being part of the lot of Land granted to Richard Bellamy containg one hundred & fifty acres more or less To have & to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Pleasant Bellamy his heirs & assigns together with all & singular the rights members and appurtinances thereof, to the same in any maner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit & behoof forever in fee simple – And the said Richard Bellamy for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said Pleasant Bellamy his heirs and assigns will warrant & forever defend the right & title thereof against themselves, and against the claim of all other persons whatever In Witness whereof the said Richard Bellamy hath hereunto set his hand & seal the day & year above written Signed sealed & delivered in presence of his Richard x Bellamy SEAL Solomon D.
