All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net Table of Contents page: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/franklin.htm Georgia Table of Contents: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm Franklin County Deed Book AB, page 134 Pleasant Bellamy . } To } DEED Floid Parks } Georgia } Franklin County } This Indenture made this Seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty four between Pleasant Bellamy of the State and County aforesaid of the one part and Floyed Parks of the other part all Witnesseth that the said Pleasant Bellamy for and in consideration of the Sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereby is acknowledged hath granted bargained sold & conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Floid Parks his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land Situate Lying and being in the County aforesaid on the watters of Indian Creek in said County Containing Seventy four acres more or less adjoining Lands of Moulder Wilburn & others the lines and corners following commencing at a White Oak Corner on the East running South to a Post Oak Corner near Wilburns Line thence West to a Hickry Corner thence North to a Dogwood Corner thence East to the beginning x to have and to hold Said Tract of Land unto him the said Floyed Parks his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appertinences thereof to the same in any manner belonging to him and there own proper use and benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Pleasant Bellamy for him self his heirs Executors administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Floid Parks his heirs and assigns will warrant & forever defend the rights and titles there of against them selves and against the claims of all other persons whatever in witness whereof the said Pleasant Bellamy hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written Signed Sealed and delivered in presents of George W.
