Ryans Survey this with said Line W to a Post Oak 3X thence N 14 chs to P.O. 3X thence to a Pine 3X near the P.O. thence to the Beginning Birch the same being Thirty acres more or less and being part of a Tract originally granted to Joseph Ryan Together with all and singular the rights members Hereditements and appertainences thereunto Belonging and I do hereby bind my self my heirs Executors and administrators to warrant & forever Defend the Land & premises aforesaid unto the said Groves Yarbrough his heirs executors and administrators against the claim of any person whatsoever __onging the same or any part thereof witness my hand & seal the Day first written Signed in presence of James Yarbrough Bn Starrett Stephen Chatham LS Georgia } Franklin County } Personally came Benjamin Starrett before me John E Carson acting Justice of the Inferior Court and being duly sworn saith that he saw Stephen Chatham Sign Seal & Deliver this Deed of conveyance and that James Yarbrough was also a subscribing witness Together with himself sworn to this 29th Feby 1820 John E.
