5 Feb 1812 Agreements in consideration $15.00 to allow TRYON PATTERSON the full
peaceable priviledge of raising water in his mill as high as the present dam 
will permit,without adding to the dam, and the full possession of as much of 
said SMITH'S land as the water will cover.
