This indenture made this Third day of March in the
year Eighteen and twenty Eight & fifty third year of
the Independence of the United States of America
Between John Dailey Jnr. of the one part and William
Dailey of the other part living in the County of
Franklin of the same State  Witness that the said
John Dailey Junr in and for the consideration of the
sum of Five hundred Dollars in hand to him paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has bargained
and sold unto William Daily a certain tract or
parcel of land lying and being and situating in the
County of Franklin and State of aforesaid & on the
waters of Little Creek containing Two hundred &
fifty acres more or less and bounded as follows
Beginning at a white oak corner on the south side of
the creek running S. 35. East to a pine corner
Thence N. 35. East to a Hickry corner  Thence N 35
west to a red oak corner  Thence a Straight line to
the Beginning  It being a part of Eight hundred acre
Survey Surveyed granted to Christopher Clark Junr.
Now I the said John Dailey Junr. Do warrant and
forever defend the said land from myself my heirs
and assigns Executors and Administrators and from
all and every other person or persons unto the said
William Dailey  Whereof I do set my hand and seal
the day and date above written.  Signed and Seal &
delivered in presence of

Georgia                }  Personally came & appeared before me Nathan Gunnels an acting Justice
Franklin County  }   of the Peace in and for said County James Dailey who being duly deposeth and saith that he deponent saw John Dailey sign seal & deliver the within deed for the purposes therein mentioned and that he deponent signed the same as a witness & saw Saml Dailey & Hepsebeth Dailey do so likewise
