East to a pine corner Thence N. 35. East to a Hickry corner Thence N 35 west to a red oak corner Thence a Straight line to the Beginning It being a part of Eight hundred acre Survey Surveyed granted to Christopher Clark Junr. Now I the said John Dailey Junr. Do warrant and forever defend the said land from myself my heirs and assigns Executors and Administrators and from all and every other person or persons unto the said William Dailey Whereof I do set my hand and seal the day and date above written.
