          William Neal           }

This indenture made and entered into this thirteenth
day of July Eighteen hundred & thirty Two between
William Dailey of the State of Georgia & County of
Franklin of the one part & William Neal of the same
place of the other part Witnesseth  That the said
Dailey for & in consideration of the Sum of one
hundred dollars to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained & sold
unto said Neal a tract or parcel of Land lying in
said County on the waters of Littles Creek
containing forty three & a half acres being a part
of a Survey originally granted to Christopher Clarke
beginning at a Hickry Cor S 55 W 43 50 to a wh. Oak
cr  Thence S 55 E 13 chs to a chestnut cr Thence N
55 E 11 chs to a Maple Cr. on a Branch Thence down
said Branch to a Beach Cr. on the Creek at the mouth
of the Branch Thence N 8 E 16.50 to a Iron wood Cr.
Thence N 35 W 4 to the Beginning Cr. With all the
rights members benefits profits and advantages
thereunto belonging.  I the said Dailey my heirs
Executors administrators &c unto the said Neal his
heirs &c will warrant & forever defend in fee simple
