This Indenture made this the Sixteenth day of
January in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight
Hundred and fifty Six between William Daley of the
County and State aforesaid of the one part and
Clarkston Mize of the same place of the other part
Witness that for and in the consideration of the sum
of twenty Dollars to him the said William Dailey in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted  bargained and sold and do
by these presents grant bargain and sell unto the
said Clarkston Mize his heirs and assigns forever in
fee simple a certain tract or parcel of Land Situate
Lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on
Littles Creek Meated and bounded as follows. (to
wit) Commencing at a B oke Corner on Mizes line
thence a Strate Line to a Stake Corner at Mizes
fence  Thence a Strate Line to a Stake Corner on
Daileys Creek at the fork of Said Creek  Thence down
the Creek to the fork  Thence up the South prong to
the beginning Corner  Containing fourteen acres more
or less the same adjoining the line of Mays Dailey
Apperson (?) and Mize to have and to hold the above
described premises unto him the said Clarkston Mize
his heirs Executors and Administrators forever in
fee simple together with the rights members and
appertenances thereunto in any wise appertaining.
And the said William Dailey  for himself his heirs
Executors and administrators will forever warrant
and defend the title to the same from the claim of
himself his heirs and assigns and from the claim of
all other person or persons whomsoever In witness
whereof the said William Dailey has hereunto set his
hand and affixed his seal the day and year above
written
