Witnesseth that the said Green B Payne for and in consideration of the Sum of Seventy five dollars well and truly to be paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and Sold and doth by these presents grant bargain and Sell unto the said Robert Walters Ju'r his heirs and assigns forever all his part of the Survey of land whereon the Widow Payne now lives lying on the side next to and adjoining Adam [Longs?] land and to a Conditional line agreed to by the said Green B Payne and the said Robert Walters Jun'r by estimation Seventeen acres be the same more or less To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of and all and Singular the premises hereby bargained and sold with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances unto the said Robert Walters Jun'r his heirs & assigns forever in fee simple and the said Green B. Payne aforesaid shall and will warrant and forever defend the premises aforesaid unto the said Robert Walters Jun'r his heirs against all and every person or persons whatsoever In witness whereof the said Green B.
