Stephenson and Hattie Stephenson In Re Application for reinvestment for leave to sell Homestead property and the proceeds Georgia Franklin County, Personally come A.W. Stephenson one of the petitioners in the above state case who on oath says that the statement in the said application are true, that he had a homestead set apart as set forth in said petition , that he sold the land as set apart of said tract described in said petition as containing two and 69/100 acres more or less, and to reinvest the proceeds thereof is the two +69/100 acers more or less as described in said petition as now owned by J.C.Ackins, for the reason that it will put his said tract of land in better shape, make it more valuable and mor convenient,as his house is now situated near his line there being only a public road between it and the land of J.C. Atkins that the value placed who said two small tracts is a reasonable valuation Sworn to and Subscribed I before me W.G (unledgable) I A.W. Stephenson this Dec 16th 1904 I ------------------------------------------------------------------- Chambers Dec 21st 1904 In Re I A.W.Stephenson and I Petition for sale and reinvestment Hattie Stephenson his wife I of Homestead in Franklin County Upon Considering the Forgoing petition and a proper showing having been made and it appering that it is to the intrest of the Homestead estate and of all parties concerned therein that the reinburstment prayer for be granted: It is there first order that A.W. Stephenson be and he is legaly appointed Reinvest of the property proposed to be sold and that such recline he convay to the purchase the (2 69/100 ) Two and sixty nine one Hundreds acres specifically described in Paragraph 5 of the petition and that the revest the proceeds of such sale in the (2 29/100) Two and 29 one Hundreds acres described in said Paragraph 5, now the property of J.C.Akins taking convayance thereto, and to be held subject to all the benifits uses and libilities attached to original Homestead.
