This Indenture made this twenty sixth Day of May in the year of our Lord one 
thousand seven Hundred and ninety one Between Benjamin Fry and Mary his Wife 
of the County of Wilkes in the State of Georgia of the one part and Isaac 
David of the other part Witnesseth that the said Benjamin fry and Mary his 
Wife for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds 
Sterling to them in Hand paid by the sd. Isaac David the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged hath Granted Bargained Sold and Confirmed and by these 
presents doth Grant Bargain sell and Confirm unto the said Isaac David all 
that Tract or parcel of Land containing five Hundred acres lying and being in 
the County of Franklin and on the Waters of Broad River butting and bounding 
North westwardly and Southwestwardly by Surveyed Land and on all other sides 
by Vacant Land in reference to a Grant for the same will more fully and at 
large appertaining together with all and Singular the rights members and 
appertenances there of whatsoever to the said Tract of Land being belonging or 
in any wise appertaining and the Remainders Reversions Rents issues and 
profits thereof and of every part thereof To have and to hold the said Tract 
of Land and all and Singular the premises and appertenances thereunto 
belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Isaac David his 
Heirs and assigns  To the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said Isaac 
David his Heirs and assigns forever and the said Benjamin Fry and Mary his 
wife the said Tract of Land and premises and every part thereof unto the said 
Isaac David his heirs and assigns against the said Benjamin Fry and Mary his 
wife and their Heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever  
shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these presents  In Witness [Page
