Gober } To } DEED William Dailey } Georgia } Franklin County } This indenture made and entered into this Twenty-seventh day of November Eighteen hundred & forty one Between Wm I Gober of the one part & William Dailey of the other part both of the County & State aforesaid Witnesseth, that the said Gober hath this day for full value received hath bargained and sold & do by these presents grant bargain sell convey, confirm & deliver unto the said Dailey his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land on the waters of Little Creek containing one hundred acres more or less, butting & bounding as follows viz commencing on a poplar corner on the Still House Branch near where the road crosses Thence on Wm Daileys line crossing the North fork of Little Creek to his corner Thence on William Alexanders line to the widow Mays corner thence East Course to a Stake Corner Thence a Straight line through the old field to a stake corner Thence West course to the widow Mays line to a stake corner Thence with said line to the South fork of Little Creek to a Rock corner thence down said creek to the fork Thence up the North prong to the mouth of the spring Branch Thence up said branch to the beginning poplar corner To have & to hold the said tract or parcel of land together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever unto the said Dailey his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use and behoof forever in fee simple.
