16 Oct 1794 Thomas Harrington and Caty ,his wife, of Franklin Co.and the State
of Georgia sold for 60 pounds sterling to William Dean land on Gum Log Creek
of the Tugaloo River, containing 535 acres granted to Thomas Harrington by 
George Walton in 1789.
