North Fork Broad River
Written: December 21, 1850

George Stevenson     Deed

Georgia Franklin County

Know all men by these presents that for and in consideration of the sum of 
fourteen hundred and eighty two dollars and fifty cents the reciept of whitch 
is hereby acknowledged to be paid by George Stevenson to him paid. I do hereby 
sell and convey unto the said george stevenson all that track of land lying in 
the said county on the north fork of Broad River ajoining lands of Benjamin H 
Burton, James Allen, Marion Sewell, and others containing four hundred and 
forty eight acers more or less, it being the place where i lived: whitch said 
tract of land with all it's appurtunances I do hereby warrent and defend unto 
the said George Stevenson his heirs executures Adminastrators and asigns and 
againist the claims of all others persons whatever in fur simple forever,
Sealed signed and allowed this 21st day of december 1850,
