Miller of the County and State aforesaid, for diverse and good causes and considerations, me hereto moving, have made, ordained and appointed and by these presents do make and ordain Caleb G. Gillespie of the State and County my true and lawful Attorney for me and in my name and for my own proper use and benefit to bargain sell and convey in fee simple and title to lot #5 in the First District of Coweta County in said state containing two hundred two and a half acres be the same more or less and one or more Attorneys under him for the purposes aforesaid to make and again at his pleasure to revoke hereby satisfying and confirming and by these presents attorneying whatsoever my Attorney shall in my name do or cause to be done in and about the premises as I could do myself were I personally present at the doing thereof by virtue of these presents in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of February 1847; signed sealed and acknowledged before us George Patterson and Wm.
