W 49 chains Crossing the River to a Post oak X thence S 67. W 17 chains to an oak Corner on the bank of the River at the mouth of Hunters Creek thence up the meanders of said River to the beginning Corner including two hundred and thirty two acres bet the same more or less. Together with all and singular the rights members houditraments and appartainances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned and we do hereby bind our selves our heirs Executors and Administrators. To warrant and forever defend unto the aforesaid John Belamy his heirs Executors and Administrators all the Land and premises aforesaid against the Lawful claim or claims of any person or persons whatsoever claiming the Same or any part thereof.
