Together with all & singular the Rights members Heredetements and appartenances there unto Belonging & I do hereby bind myself my heirs executors & administrators to warrant and forever Defend the land and premises aforesaid unto the said Stephen Chatham his heirs Executors & Administrators against the claim of any person whatsoever claiming the same or any part thereof in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day first written Signed in presence of Groves Yarbrough SEAL James Yarbrough B.
