Georgia    I  To The Ordanary of Ordanary of Said, The Petion 
Franklin   I  of Prince Stephenson of Said County Showes That 
County     I  he is the head of a Family consisting of a wife and 
his minor children and that he desires under section 2040 of the 
Code of Georgia and the laws mandatory thereof and under the 
constution of 1877 to have set apart to be the Execture from levy 
and sale for benefit of said family Certian Property a Schedule 
of whitch is hereunto attached and marked and to whitch refferenced 
is hereby made, this dec 8th 1879

A Letter to all Concerned, This Court Action Goes on 
Describing That This Prince Stephenson Had 6 Minor Children 
for genelogical data all revelent Information Has Been 
Provided above,
