Franklin County Citizen March 9, 1989
The Franklin County Junior High chapter of Georgia Technology Students Association 
has announced that Stephan Robolin, Son of Claude and Aline Robolin, has been 
selected to represent his local chapter in the state electronics contest. Stephan 
designed and constructed a voltage tester that would identify common housing 
voltages (120v and 240v). Stephan will also be representing the local chapter in 
the National Technology Students Association Contest in June in Winston-Salemn, 
N.C.
