Franklin County Citizen January 5, 1984
The first baby to be born at Cobb Memorial Hospital in Royston made his appearance 
at 7:29 a.m. on Jan. 3, 1984. Stephen Lamar, son of Jettie Oglesby and Charles 
Tate of Elberton, weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 20 inches long. 
Stephen has one brother, Chauncy, age one.
