Franklin County Citizen March 23, 1989
Fourth Place--Franklin County Junior High School seventh grader Jennifer Hunter, 
daughter of Mike and Sharon Hunter in Carnesville, place fourth place in the 
District Spelling Bee on March 11.  There were 28 schools represented in the 
contest, which was sponsored by the Georgia Association of Educators.
