Franklin County Citizen May 30, 1991
Kevin McClain, a senior at Franklin County High School, was awarded a gold medal 
in watercolors at the 64th National Scholastic Art Awards Show in Philadelphia.  
The Scholastic Arts Program receives more than 200,000 entires each year, and only 
440 are shown in the national show.  Kevin is shown here with another work of his 
currently on display at the high school.

Additional Comments:
Mr. McClain was my art teacher at Franklin County High School, he was always kind 
to me and helped me with my art.
