Paul  Scarboro Wins Captaincy in Air Corp

Friends throughout this section will be interested and pleased to learn that Lt. 
Paul Scarboro, of Royston, has been promoted to Captain in the Army Air Corp. He 
is now stationed in Washington State where he is an instructor for aviation 
cadets. He has seen much foreign service and was in the thick of the fight for 
several months.
