Franklin County Citizen July 27, 1972
The Franklin County Farm Bureau office is happy to announce  that it received 
notice from Mr. Walter Lowry, Director of Field Services, Georgia Farm Bureau 
Federation, Macon, Ga., that Kinsey Lee Phillips, Rt. 1 Royston, is one of the ten 
finalists selected by the judges in the 1972 Farm Bureau Scholarship Program.

Kinsey is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Phillips, and final judging will be 
held July 26 in Macon, with announcements of the four State winners at that time
