Toccoa--State Senator C. L. Ayers, was has the distinction of being the oldest 
member of the State Senate, was 79 on last Monday, and  received an ovation from 
his colleagues, who drew up a resolution of congratulations.

Active daily in his medical practice, the Senator has a host of friends who extend 
best wishes for his long and useful life.
