Ruby Lee Jones Bowers, 63, of Carnesville, died Friday, August 5, 2005.

Born on May 30, 1942, in Gwinnett County, she was the daughter of the late Bud 
and Ray Jones Webb. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist 
Church in Snellville.

Survivors include her husband, J.D. Bowers, Carnesville; three sons, David Joe 
Toney, Murphy, N.C., James Clifton Toney and Harry Rayburn Toney, both of 
Buford; daughters, Teresia Toney, Canon, and Sandra Toney, Winder; four 
grandchildren, Roger Boswell, Maysville, Holly and Kimberly Marshall and 
Madison Toney, all of Winder; sister-in-law, Sue Bagwell, Carnesville; and 
several nieces and nephews.

Following her wishes, she was cremated and no services are planned at this 
time.

Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville, was in charge of arrangements.
