Franklin County Citizen
Commerce--George Samuel Busha, 81, of 691 Belmont Dr., widower of Avabel Skelton 
Busha, died Tuesday, June 28, 1994 at BJC Medical Center.

Born in Franklin County, he was a son of the late William Mitchell and Nina 
Vickery Busha. He was retired from the water and gas department of the city of 
Commerce, was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Surviving are daughter, Olivia Buffington of Lavonia; brothers, Ben Busha of 
Royston, Fred Busha and Ray Busha of Franklin Springs and Tom Busha of Toccoa; 
sisters, Mildred Brock of Toccoa and Nina Sheriff of Eastanollee; two 
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Services were at 1p.m. Thursday, June 30 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home 
by the Rev. Alton Ray. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
