Luther Lee Casey Dies Wednesday

Luther Lee Casey, 7 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fed Casey of near Canon, died at 
the local hospital Wednesday where he had been brought for an emergency operation 
in an effort to save his life.

Funeral services will be held at New Franklin Thursday afternoon at two o'clock, 
with Rev. A.H. Holland of Canon in charge.

Weatherly & Brock will have charge of funeral arrangements.

Luther was a bright child, loved by old and young alike, and while it is sad to 
see one so young, with all of life before him, called from us, we must be resigned 
to God's will. His parents have the heartfelt sympathy of their entire community.

Aside fro the grief-stricken parents this lad is survived by his grandparents, Mr. 
and Mrs. J.S. Casey and one sister, Ruth.
