Mr. Dalrymple was 27 years of age, a native of Franklin and had hundreds of friends throughout the county who learned with deep regret of his untimely death. He was married only about eighteen months. Funeral services were conducted from Union Ground church December 28th, with Rev. P.D. Wilmot in charge, while interment took place in the church cemetery. Surviving Mr. Dalrymple is his wife who, before marriage, was Miss Eunice Ayers; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Job C. Dalrymple; five brothers--Guy, Floyd, Horace, Frank, and Jewel Esco; three sisters--Mrs. John Chapman, Maysville; Misses Evelyn and Myra Dalrymple of Carnesville. B.D.
