McIntosh St., died Sunday, March 7 at the Elberton-Elbert County Hospital after two years of illness. Henry was a Methodist and a native of Oglethorpe County and a son of the late John Jackson and Sophronia Wheelis Nash. He was survived by his widow, Mrs. Minnie Culbreth Nash (from the home); his daughters, Mrs. Marie Harper and Miss Lillian Nash (also from the home), Mrs. Bob Morton (in Washington, GA) and Mrs. Vera Graham of (in Olympia, WA); his sons, Rayford and Charlie Nash (in Elberton), Thomas R. Nash (in Austell); his sisters, Mrs. J. W. Mercer (in Royston), Mrs. R. V. Smith (in Greenville, SC), Miss Fronia Nash and Miss Carrie Nash (in Greenwood, SC); his brother, Robert L. Nash (in Became City, NC); nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Services were held at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel by Reverands Howard Staples and George Hussey on Tuesday, March 9. He was buried in Fortsonia Cemetery.
