 Mary Blanche Roberts, 82, of 2145 Baty Road, died Monday, June 10, 2002.
   A native of Franklin County, Mrs. Roberts was a daughter of the late Allen 
and Emma Harris Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of Broad River Baptist 
Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Buddy Jim Roberts.
   Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Leon 
Carson officiating. Burial will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens.
   Survivors include her husband, Doyle Roberts; two daughters, Mary Nell 
Anderson, Toccoa, and Emma Hyde, Martin; a son, William Roberts, Martin; a 
sister, Pauline Nations, Toccoa; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 
and a great-grandchild.
   Pallbearers will be Howard Roberts, Hugh Bryant, Steve Adams, Chris Carson, 
Jayme Buffington, Carey Atkinson and Jim Roberts.
   The family is at the residence of Howard Roberts, 2455 Baty Road, Martin, 
and will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
