Franklin County Citizen, December 12, 1991
Royston--Etta Brown Royston, 85, of 305 Weatherly Homes, widow of Bill Royston, 
died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 1991.

Born in Elbert County, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Georgia Hall Brown. 
She was a member of the New Hope Congregational Holiness Church.

Surviving are sons, Marshall Royston of Greenwood, S.C. and Grady Royston of 
Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada; daughters, Helen Cape and Addie Lou Bryant of 
Royston; sister, Lettie Coffee of Anderson, S.C.; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-
grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.

Services were at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at New Hope Congregational Holiness Church 
by the Revs. Charles Holland, Dennis Kesler and Don Vaughn. Burial was in the 
church cemetery.

Brown's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
