TOCCOA, Ga. - Dewey Wade Segers, 62, of 2630 Prospect Road, died Sunday, Dec. 
17, 1995, at Stephens County Hospital.

Born in Franklin County, he was a farmer.  He was a Baptist.
Surviving are his widow, Ruth Partain Segers of the home; son, Mark Segers of 
Toccoa; daughter, Pat Segers Clark of Atlanta; brothers, Curtis Segers of 
Martin, B.D.Segers of Lavonia and Freeman Segers of Oklawaha, Fla.; sisters, 
Beulah Lohss, Bittie Martin, and Pauline Brown of Carnesville, Eurell Murray 
and Murell Auten of Covington, Sister Ross of Lincolnton, N.C. and Pearline 
James of Toccoa; and three-grandchildren.

He was a son of the late C.D. and Leola Roberts Segers.  He was preceded in 
death by his brothers, Henry, Jack and Elmer Segers.

Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Whitlock Mortuary; burial in Nails Creek 
Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the 
mortuary.  The family is at the residence.
