Little Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock when their only daughter, Miss Anna Bell Little, became the bride of Mr. C. Dwight Tabor, of Danielsville, Ga. The entire lower flower of the Little home was adorned with the season's prettiest flowers. The impressive vows were taken before an improvised alter of green and white. On either side of the alter were a candelabra holding white candles of the pastel shades, with tall floral baskets filled with Queen Anne's lace also in the pastel shades. Immediately preceding the ceremony, Mrs. A.Y. Wood, of Athens, sang Gypsy Love Song and At Dawning, accompanied by Miss Dorothy Cubedge, of Savannah, Georgia. She also placed the Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin at the processional and softly during the ceremony. At the appointed time, Rev. Sam Cartledge of Athens, took his place at the alter. To the strains of the bridal march, little Mary Anne Little, cousin of the bridge, came down the stairs with a basket of flowers, scattering the petals. She was dressed in green crepe and lace. The groom entered from the rear hall and met the bride at the foot of the stairway. Standing at the pretty improvised alter they took the solemn vows which bound their lives together, the impressive ring ceremony being used. A reception was held immediately after the ceremony, Misses Mary Grace Westbrooks and Ruth Little serving fruit punch. The bride's book was in charge of Miss Mary Neal Little. The bride was becomingly dressed in a navy traveling suit and carried a shower bouquet of pink and white larkspur, fern and roses, tied with pink tulle. The bride is one of Carnesville' most charming young ladies, and is greatly admired by a large circle of friends for her many excelllent qualities of mind and heart. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia. The groom is the son of the late J.C. Tabor and Mrs. Tabor of Danielsville, Ga. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and is universally liked for his fine traits of character. The out of town guest present were; Mr. and Mrs. T.O. Tabor, of Elberton; Mrs. J.C. Tabor and Miss Ruth Tabor, of Danielsville, Mr. J.F. Tabor, of Lavonia, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Tabor, of Athens, Mr. and Mrs. DeWitt Parker, of Laurens, S.C., Misses Parker, of Fort Lamar, Mr. and Mrs. Stribling and Miss. Stribling, Mr. And Mrs. Dave Stribling, of Richland, S.C., Mr. Claude Little, Mr. Cliff Ward, of Commerce, Misses Rice, of Ila, Mrs. Howard Higginbotham, of Athens, Misses Arlowe Thompson and Frances Barnes, of Comer, Mr. and Mrs. Tom McMullin of Covington, Mr. and Mrs. John Conger and Miss Helen Conger of Maxeys.
