I, John Adam Miller of Franklin District inthe state of Georgia, being a mortal creature and as such always liable to death and now of sound mind and memory, do constitute this my last willand Testament and desire it may be received as such. First, I most humbly bequeath my soul to God my Maker and my body Icommit to the earth from whence it was taken with full assurance of its resurrection, from thence at the last day. As for my burial I desire it may be decent at the discretion of my executor hereafter named. As tomy worldly estate I will and dispose of in the following manner. It is my will that all my estate both real and personnel be disposed of or givenand divided as herein mentioned. First, the two hundred and twenty acres of land which I now live on and plantation orchards, buildings and all and every profit, privilege and benefit belonging or appertaining thereto I leave and will to my wife Seleter Miller to enjoy a peacable and quiet possession with my housing, planting stock and all as it now is during her life time or widowhood;but at her death or marriage, land and privileges clearly belong to my son James Miller, and if he don't live to enjoy it, the land to belong toUriah and Ezrell Miller. I leave to Uriah and Ezreel Miller a Negro bondnamed Jeter, to have him between them, and James Miller a horse and saddle andI do leave to my two daughters Disey and Cinthey one Negro woman named Gin between them and each one of them Disey and Cinthey Miller a bed and furniture. With them my wife is to have and hold all the abovementioned to give or not to the above named children at her discretion during her lifetime or widowhood bu at her death or marriage then all andeverything else not mentioned above to be equally divided between Uriah, Ezreel, James, Disey and Cinthey Miller. I leave to Robert H. Miller one Dollar and to John Miller one Dollar andto Mary Ann Davice one Dollar at my wife's death or marriage only granting that all my just debts and contracts be settled. I desire that they divide the things and not "SELL" them and I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Uriah with Seleter Miller, my wife, bothof Franklin County and state of Georgia to be Executors of this my lastwill and Testament.
