Stephenson of franklin County Georgia being of Sound and Dosponding Mind and memory and facing the uncertinty of life,and the certinty of death,And Being decisions of settling my worldly affairs,While I am well and have the strength so to do,do make this my last will and testament,here by revolking any and all formerly made by me. Item 1st I Committ My Soul to God who Gave it.And I Trust has redeamed it through the merits of Jesus Christ Item 2ed My Worldly Affairs. Whitch I stand Provided Has Blessed us with I dispose of as Follows Item 3ed Having Donated and Paid to My Children to wit: Fan( i) Hemphill, William M Stephenson, Thomas O Stephenson. Leora A Stephenson Now Leora A Browning, Five Hundred Dollars Each, I Hearby Bequeth unto my Present Wife Anna Stephenson during her widowhood or untill her death all my property, Both Personal and Real that I May be In Possession of at this time of my death and that all money notes and accounts due me at my death as to be hers asforsaid, Item 4th It Is My Will That My Daughter Leora A Browning if Living at the Time of this presentation of my wife's widdowhood or at her death Shall become sole hier and shall have full posession of all property both personal and real in for simpler.but if she her dead then all my property shall be devided equally amongst my nearest Kin, Share and Share Alike, Item 5th My Will is that my just debts be Paid. Item 6th That at My death that My Body Be Neatly and Nicely Put away. And At My Wifes death her body be neetly and nicly Burryed, Item 7th My Will That My Son In Law Henry A Browning be the Executor of this My Last Will and Testament.In witness where of I the above named Testestor having hereunto.Set my Hand and Seal.
