County Of Franklin

State Of Georgia Filed 1801

In the Name of God Amen. I  William Stevenson of the State of Georgia and The 
County Of Franklin being week in body out of sound and perfect mind and 
memory,Thanks to God for the same and calling to mind the mortality of our 
nature.Do Make and ordain this my last will and testiment, Item 1st Forever I 
bequeath my soul to the hands of the Almighty God who made it.My Body I resigh 
to the ground to deceantly bury at the descrections of my exectures,Lastly My 
worldly estate where has God has pleased,I give and dispose of these in this 
manor and form VIS:

Item 2ed I give and Bequeath to my beloved wife Martha Stevenson one negro 
named Hardy, During her widowhood one dark boy named looney,four cows and 
calfs,and to her heirs and heirs forever

Item 3ed, I give and bequesth unto Mary Stevensonone negro named Silvey and our 
cows and calfs and dark boy named Finci to her heirs and heirs forever

Item 4th I give and Bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca Stephenson one negro name 
Dave four head of Cattle to she and her heirs forever

Item 5th I give and Bequeath unto my son Moore Stevenson one negro named 
Jack,one sorrell colt,My Lands and All the remaines of My estate Both real and 
personal. To His heirs and heirs forever,except unto my beloved wife Martha 
Stevenson, I nominate and appoint John Sandridge and John Gatiotyt as exectures 
of my last will and testimate
