Present and Presiding Daniel (David) Pittman Ordinary

Fulton Court of Ordinary January Term 1869
Alonzo, Thaddeus and Mary S Morgan minor children of Jesse Morgan deceased, 
each over the age of fourteen years having petitioned the Court to appoint as 
their Guardian Joseph Willis and the Court being satisfied with their 
choice.   It is ordered that said persons and property of said Minors upon his 
giving Bond and Security in the sum of Four Hundred Dollars and taking the 
usual oath of office.

Note: Although this was filed in Fulton County, the children were from the 
Haralson/Carroll County region.
