Fulton County of Ordinary July Term 1870
In appearing to this Court that Joseph Willis is guardian of Alonzo, Thadeus, 
and Mary S Morgan, minors and that this estate is small consisting of one 
hundred acres of land of the value of only about three hundres dollars 
bringing little of no income.   It is ordered that the said Joseph Willis 
guardian as aforesaid be relieved from making annual returns.

Morgan were from the Haralson/Carroll County region.
