Fulton Court of Ordinary February Term 1872
Joseph Willis Guardian of Alonzo, Thaddeus, and Mary Morgan having applied for 
leave to sell the north half of land lot no 9 in the 4th District of Carroll 
County being one hundred acres of wild uncultivated land, for the benefit of 
the said children.   It is ordered that leave be granted said Guardian to sell 
said land for the purpose specified at final? sale.

Note: Although this was filed in Fulton County, Alonzo, Thaddeus and Mary 
Morgan were from the Haralson/Carroll County region.

Note: Not sure what the next to the last word is as it is hard to read.
