State of Georgia, Fulton County
Know all men by these present that we Joseph Willis Principal and John T Huff 
Security are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary of said County and his 
Successors in Office in the just and full sum of Four Hundred dollars for the 
payment of which sum to the said Ordinary as aforesaid and his Successors in 
Office we find ourselves our lien executors and administrators jointly and 
severally firmly by these present.

Sealed with our seals and dated this 5th day of January Eighteen Hundred and 
Sixty nine.

The condition of the afore obligation is such that whereas the dais Joseph 
Willis is this day appointed Guardian to Alonzo Morgan, Thaddeus Morgan and 
Mary S Morgan orphans of Jessee Morgan deceased; now if the said Joeph Willis 
do well and truly demean himself as Guardian aforesaid agreeably to Letter of 
Guardianship bearing even date herewith and agreeable to law in such a case 
made and provided, the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full 
force and virtue.

Morgan were from the Haralson/Carroll County region.
